About Mother's Day...

As we approach Mother's Day this weekend, I've been spending some time thinking about my mom. What a beautiful and wonderful person she is.
I will always remember the day I received my master's degree and the smile on her face. As a parent myself, I can appreciate how proud I made her. I could never have done it without her love, support and guidance over all those years.
Then I started thinking about my wife and mother of my children. I think about the sacrifices she made as I devoted hours of my free time to my studies. She altered her life to support me as I spent those long and lonely hours working through my economic modeling courses. To be honest - although she doesn’t know it - she is my inspiration; she gives me a reason to want to be the best I can be.
On this Mother’s Day, I say 'Thank you' to both my wife and my mom – how blessed I am to have both of you in my life.
