In today's Educate America, Andrew Jackson University's president discusses the Second Amendment.  Some will interpret it literally as the right of the People to form militias and bear arms.  Others will look for a deeper meaning that is steeped in the tradition of the Magna Carta:  it is all about individual liberty and personal sovereignty.

Either way, this is the first of many lessons on the Constitution that will appear on Educate America from time to time.
